Casita Bougainvillea
This cozy 2 bedroom casita is the perfect unit for 2 couples traveling together or a small family. It has a full kitchen and a beautiful view overlooking exotic palms and multi-colored bougainvillea. The amenities include queen size beds in both bedrooms, 2 private baths, full kitchen, air conditioning, colorful Mexican tiles, housekeeping 3 days per week, purified water and wireless internet service.
Rates are: $100 US dollars per night; $120 US dollars per night from Dec. 10 to Jan. 31, plus $30 US dollars per night for each additional person
There is an additional sales and room tax of 13%.
Payment and Cancellation Policies:
- All reservations will be charged at the time of the reservation for a minimum of the first night's stay plus tax.
- Your balance for accommodation will be due upon arrival unless other arrangements have been made.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure.
- Las Palmas has a 3 week cancellation policy. In the event of the need to change or cancel the reservation you must give notice at least 3 weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival.
- All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation penalty fee of the entire amount.
- With less than 3 weeks notice there will be no refunds given unless the reservation can be re-booked.
- No refunds are given for shortened stays.
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
