Paintings by Juana Olga Barrios, a Cuban American artist living and painting in Todos Santos since November 2008.
Juana moved to Pescadero in the fall of 2008 and has taken over the space previously occupied by the Galeria de Todos Santos Annex. Studio de la O is named after her mother Ogla Barrios, who passed away in the fall of 2007.
The first show in the new gallery, titled "Tropic of Cancer", will be held December 2008.
Abuela - My painting "Abuela" is on the cover of El Calendario de Todos Santos. The cool thing about this issue is that it will be distributed in Mexico City, D.F., for the first time ever. I love that city. Hopefully, I'll get down there this winter for a long weekend of culture and fun".
