Erik Castellanos, broker, is from Guadalajara and graduated with a degree in finance and received his MBA in Sweden. He returned to Mexico to work and eventually moved to Todos Santos with his family to work in real estate and opened 2 restaurants, Los Adobes de Todos Santos and Fonda El Zaguan.
Alvaro Colindares, sales associate, grew up in San Francisco and received a degree in hotel and restaurant management. After receiving an advanced degree at Cal Berkeley he worked in some of the finest restaurants and hotels in the San Francisco area before moving to Todos Santos to become involved in Encanto Real Estate. He also founded El Dharma and coordinates weddings, workshops, retreats and is honing his photography skills.
An interesting group of people and very knowledgeable about real estate in general and specifically about local properties.
