Mar y Sol
Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico

If you are looking for the epitome of artisania shops, you need not look any further. This family owned business has been around for generations and they carry about every type of Mexican crafts that you usually look for.

The Flores Corona family runs this business housed in one of Todos Santos historical buildings in the heart of the historical section of town. The great old time structure has brick fronted adobe walls and a thatched roof surrounded by a large lot and outdoor covered dirt floored patio for extended display area next to a quaint garden.

If that isn't enough nostalgia, they manage to carry all the traditional craft arts that you associate with Mexico. This place exemplifies the typical assortment of arts and crafts associated with Mexican shops and it is of good quality.

You can find: ceramics of all types, lots of hand blown glassware, traditional textiles, woven embroidered clothing, copper and ceramic sinks, jewelry, decorative wall hangings and icons, copper framed mirrors, leather goods, wood carvings, ceramic day of the dead statues, hand tooled and painted wooden boxes, figurines, cheap musical instruments, tequila, vanilla, cigars and much much more.

This Mexican classic is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm.
