This intriguing gallery and shop has a very diverse selection of art and art crafts from artists and artisans all over Mexico in particular from Guadalajara and Michoacan.
 
Manos Mexicano represents the very unique clay sculptures by Ruben Gutierrez, a local artist. His pottery sculptures are definitely eye catching. The shapes are striking and the glazes are brilliantly colorful. the works will certainly get your attention.
 
Ruben discovered one of the many hidden treasures of Baja in the form of clay with which he expresses his unique talent. He found his hands and inspiration merging together to give life to an ancient family memory.

His grandfather encouraged him to play with clay. As time went by and his experience grew, Ruben began creating some astonishing pieces.


Other works represented are all finely crafted and discriminantly selected. They run the gamut of handcrafted works. There are fine examples of jewelry, sculptures, light fixtures and sconces, wall decorations and much more. Of particular note are the many well done crosses and hearts.
 
You are certain to find something in this gallery that will add notable decoration to your home or a memorable gift.
 
The gallery is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
