El Molino Trailer Park is located in the historical district of Todos Santos and has been in operation since 1987. It is comprised of 18 individually-owned residential property spaces on 2 acres of historical grounds. Each space is shaded by a palapa and equipped with full hook-ups.

Many of the residents have built an outdoor kitchen, bathroom, storage space and some have even gotten rid of their R.V's to build their own casita. Each space is approximately 20x40 ft along with a one-car parking spot. All of the residents have complete access to bathrooms, coin-op laundry and a beautiful pool area surrounded by magnificent coco palms and colorful bougainvilleas.

Beside the pool area, stands the most intact sugar cane mill in Todos Santos, which was in operation until 1974. The mature tropical landscaping creates a relaxing and refreshing oasis. The park is nicely taken care of to provide a clean, safe, and private living area.
