Located at the south end of town. Head west at Calle Raul Carillo, 4 blocks off Degolado. Electricity, water, sewer, tent spaces, small van camper spaces and lots of shade. Limited daily rental (2 or 3) spaces. Long term rentals are now preferred. Washing machine available.
Transient Rates: $15.00 usd per night, $100 usd per week, $300 usd per month.
Long Term Rates: $1,600 usd for the first year, then $1,400 usd per year thereafter. $10 usd per month for water use. Electricity will be in the name of the tennant with a meter.
