The silent five-day residential retreats are offered in the Vipassana tradition also known as Insight Meditation and consist of silent sitting meditation, alternating with walking meditation and Qigong.
The retreats are suited for people who are curious about meditation and would like to develop a meditation practice, and for experienced practitioners who would like to compliment a five-day retreat with two days of out door activities in a pristine eco-system.
 
The retreats are hosted in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico - a gem of an oasis known for its temperate year round climate, located on the Pacific coastline between Cabo San Lucas and the capital city of La Paz.
 
Meditation and Qigong classes are offered by donation. Residential Meditation Retreats are $595.00 usd per person, based on double occupancy, plus tax and includes meals. The rate covers the cost of accommodations and meals. Buddhist teachings are offered in the tradition of dana / donation. There will be an opportunity to make donation at the conclusion of the retreat. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Meals prepared daily from local organic produce such as fresh orangic juices and organic salad greens.  
Robert Hall is a psychiatrist and pioneer in the integration of psychotherapy and Insight Meditation. Dharma talks include teachings from Buddhist philosophy, gestalt and western psychology and offer insights into the nature of the mind's conditioning and our relationship to our inner and outer environments.  
Days and Hours: Meditation Classes are offerd most Sundays from 10-11:30 a.m. Qigong is practiced most Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.
