Don Quixote Gallery is a charming little gallery 2 blocks off the main thoroughfare, Calle Juarez. The gallery is owned by Gregorio Martin Flores, who is a proficient artist in many media. Primarily Gregorio paints in oil on canvas, but has expanded his artistic talents to many other forms of expression. His pencil drawings are very good and he sculpts in wood and ceramic as well as creating hand made glass beads. Gregorio has also begun working his custom designs into musical instruments especially guitar fascias.
The Gallery Don Quixote represents 16 artists from around, the world. Among the artists represented are: Charles Stewart, a well known artist from the United States now a local artistic talent; Sophia Vega, excellent with oils and acrylics she is a Mexican artist now living in Todos Santos; Vander, from Holland creates fine paintings in oil; Loli, an Italian who often visits and paints in Baja and other regions of Mexico; Roberto de Mar, another fine Mexican painter; Carlos Vega, colorful impressionist Mexican painter; Manuel, from Guadalajara is a master of pencil art; Sherrie Riva Maris, from Washington state is very; Arturo Flores, a young very good Mexican artist who works in oil and acrylic. That is just a sampling of the variety of art displayed in this gallery.
