These two cozy casitas are nestled in a nice secure compound surrounded by palm trees outside the center of town on the way to the La Poza Beach. Both casitas have 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Features in both include queen size beds, high quality linens, wireless internet service, TV and VCR with a movie library, CD player, parking in a gated property and share a palapa covered kitchen. The property has an ocean view.
Casita number 1 has 2 stories with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom on the lower floor. Casita number 1 accommodates 1 or 2 people. Casita number 2 is a bit larger with the bathroom attached to the bedroom and can accommodate up to 3 people. Both casitas share a semi outdoor palapa covered kitchen and laundry service.
The casitas are walking distance to downtown and to the La Poza and La Cachora Beaches. The beaches are a slightly longer scenic hike.

There is a large freshwater lagoon at the La Poza Beach which is well worth visiting. As an added interest and service the owner of Casitas La Paloma also owns La Sirena Eco Adventures with a wide range of activities available including kayaking, snorkeling, sea turtle protection / conservation tours (in season), surf instruction, fishing and whale watching excursions in season.
Rates in season are $60 usd to $70 usd per night or $360 usd to $420 usd per week. Taxes are included. Eco-Adventure Packages that include accommodations may be arranged. Please call or email for more information.
Services are efficient and friendly. Casitas La Paloma is located on Calle Olachea a block and a half off Avenida Santo Degollado.
