Ana-San Sushi is the best and only sushi bar in Todos Santos. This little corner sushi restaurant examplifies the relaxed atmosphere of Todos Santos. This restaurant is another of the many simple and casual dining places to eat in this small town. However with the disctinction that they offer fresh sushi. Ana San Sushi has a small indoor dining area fronting the sushi kitchen and a larger outdoor streetside dining area.
The restaurant has a good basic selection of sushi rolls and sushi nigiro, the tradional two sushi piece plates. The fish is fresh and mostly locally caught. The menu extends to a very good miso soup, rice, edaname and organic salads.
Also included on the menu are tempura dishes of shrimp and vegetables or mixed and teriyaki chicken as well as curry plates of chicken and shrimp. Beverages extend to water, tea, iced tea, lemonade, cervesa, sake and a limited choice of wine.
